Our primary business activiites are focused on the pursuit of the highest and best use of our extensive land and water resource assets in eastern San Bernardino County, California. Our three properties, Cadiz, Danby and Piute, are all underlain with high-quality natural groundwater resources and have demonstrated potential for various uses, including underground water storage, water delivery, agricultural development, real estate development and solar energy production.
Given projections of continued population growth, water supply limitations, and infrastructure challenges facing the West, we are currently pursuing the highest and best use of our various assets to meet the rising demand for water and land.
