What We Do

Our primary business activities are focused on the pursuit of the highest, best, and most sustainable uses of our land and water resources in eastern San Bernardino County, California. Our three properties are all underlain with high-quality, natural aquifer systems. The aquifer system at our largest property in the Cadiz Valley has made possible our ongoing organic farming endeavors and has led us to explore groundwater conservation and storage opportunities. We pursue all of our projects guided by the principle of sustainability.
